Our Immersive event is your behind-the-scenes opportunity to experience and engage with key players offering best-in-class hospitality in the flex space industry. Over the course of one and a half days, attendees will have the opportunity to hear thought-provoking panel discussions, get an inside look at unique flex spaces through private guided tours, and connect with speakers and fellow attendees through multiple networking opportunities.

Welcome Happy Hour
Kick Off Immersive San Francisco on Monday, June 2nd from 5:30-7:00 PM at Mindspace for an exciting Welcome Happy Hour to kickstart your Immersive experience. Network, unwind, and connect with fellow attendees and speakers before the event in a relaxed, informal setting—the perfect prelude to a day and a half of insightful learning and collaboration.
Thought Provoking Sessions
Join us at Studio at Mission Rock on Tuesday, June 3rd for a day full of engaging panel discussions and thought leadership sessions. We will kickstart with a meet & greet breakfast and the day wraps with a dynamic networking reception, the perfect backdrop for continuing to strengthen those meaningful industry connections and sharing transformative ideas.
Walking Space Tours
On Wednesday, June 4th, the event concludes with a journey through some of San Francisco’s most inspiring coworking spaces. Attendees will get an exclusive behind-the-scenes tours of some of the city’s most innovative flex spaces – including Werqwise, WeWork Focus, and Mindspace. You’ll walk through thoughtfully designed environments, hear from local teams, and gather fresh ideas to take back to your own workspace.
