What is GWA Immersive?
Our Immersive event is your behind-the-scenes opportunity to experience and engage with key players offering best-in-class hospitality in the flex space industry. Over the course of one and a half days, attendees will have the opportunity to hear thought-provoking panel discussions, get an inside look at unique flex spaces through private guided tours, and connect with speakers and fellow attendees through multiple networking opportunities.

Join us Tuesday, March 3rd for a day full of engaging panel discussions and thought leadership sessions. We will kickstart with a meet & greet breakfast and the day wraps with a dynamic networking social, the perfect backdrop for continuing to strengthen those meaningful industry connections and sharing transformative ideas.
Space Tour & Lunch
Keep the conversations flowing after the morning sessions at our hosted networking lunch at Workbox Victory Park. Attendees will enjoy a guided tour and an inside look at one of Dallas’s standout coworking spaces.
Networking Social
We will end the day, Tuesday, March 3rd with a Networking Social. Network, unwind, and connect with fellow attendees and speakers after a day full of programming in a relaxed, informal setting. The perfect way to end a day of insightful learning and collaboration.
Walking Space Tours
The event concludes Wednesday, March 4th with a journey through some of the city’s most inspiring coworking spaces. Attendees will get an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of innovative flex spaces. You’ll walk through thoughtfully designed environments, hear from local teams, and gather fresh ideas to take back to your own workspace.
