What is GWA Immersive?
Our Immersive event is your behind-the-scenes opportunity to experience and engage with key players offering best-in-class hospitality in the flex space industry. Over the course of one and a half days, attendees will have the opportunity to hear thought-provoking panel discussions, get an inside look at unique flex spaces through private guided tours, and connect with speakers and fellow attendees through multiple networking opportunities.

Thought Provoking Sessions
Join us Tuesday, December 8th for a day full of engaging panel discussions and thought leadership sessions. We will kickstart with a meet & greet breakfast and the day wraps with a dynamic networking social, the perfect backdrop for continuing to strengthen those meaningful industry connections and sharing transformative ideas.
Space Tour & Lunch
Keep the conversations flowing after the morning sessions during our Networking Tour & Lunch. Attendees will enjoy a guided tour of a local coworking space and then grab lunch and hang out with fellow attendees before we jump into our afternoon sessions. *Lunch will be provided*
Networking Social
We will end the day, Tuesday with an exciting Networking Social – sponsored by Flexspace AI. Network, unwind, and connect with fellow attendees and speakers after a day full of programming in a fun, casual setting. The perfect way to end a day of insightful learning and collaboration.
Space Tours
The event concludes Wednesday, December 9th with a journey through some of the city’s most inspiring coworking spaces. Attendees will meet at a specified location for check-in and can grab some coffee & breakfast before we begin our exclusive behind-the-scenes tours. You’ll walk through thoughtfully designed environments, hear from local teams, and gather fresh ideas to take back to your own workspace.
About The Venue
Located in one of Miami’s most dynamic destinations and set inside a newly constructed, modern building, Mindspace Wynwood offers a boutique, design-forward take on flexible workspace, featuring stylish coworking and lounge areas, six state-of-the-art meeting rooms, event spaces, and a rooftop terrace overlooking the neighborhood. The space is designed to encourage connection, creativity, and collaboration, making it a natural setting for GWA Immersive.
Just outside the doors, attendees will find the galleries, murals, cafés, restaurants, and unmistakable culture of Wynwood, giving Immersive Miami an experience that extends well beyond the event itself.
