Premier Opens Centers in Las Vegas and Chicago

prchicago15Premier Business Centers has announced two new locations in two new markets - Las Vegas, and Chicago.

Premier has acquired WaterMark Executive Suites, which represents the company’s first location in Las Vegas. The 63 office, 22,000 square foot center is located in the South Rainbow Business Park. The workspace has two conference rooms, a training room, two day offices, a kitchen/lounge, and a reception area with a tranquil water wall/

“We are thrilled to have acquired such a beautiful office suite in Las Vegas and we plan on opening several other locations in Las Vegas, Henderson, Green Valley and Summerlin in the near future,” stated Jeff Reinstein, CEO for Premier Business Centers. “We now have locations in 10 states and 48 Cities with the addition of this location in Nevada.”

Premier Business Centers has also announced the opening this fall of their first Illinois center, based in downtown in the West Loop at the Class A address of 200 West Madison. The company will build-out 62 offices in 15,204 square feet of serviced office space on the 21st. The space will have two appointed conference rooms, a day office, a kitchen, and a reception area.

Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the same architectural firm who designed Chicago's Willis Tower and John Hancock Center and the Burj Khalifa in Dubai designed 200 West Madison. The building was designed with a floor-to-ceiling glass "sawtooth edge" that incorporates six corners on the southeast face of the building allowing for more corner offices and conference rooms with magnificent views. At street level, a soaring 3-story glass-encased, atrium lobby streams sunlight into the building and showcases the magnificent Louise Nevelson sculpture, “Dawn Shadows.”
