Ryan has a passion for starting and growing businesses.

He has been involved in multiple start-ups, ranging from biotech to sporting goods. In these ventures, he has worked on licensing patent portfolios and generating patents and other IP. He enjoys the challenge of bringing new concepts to market as well as optimizing internal systems.

He has held a variety of roles, including managing cross-functional teams, developing sales strategies, applying developing technology to new marketplaces, applying for and receiving grants, and pitching innovative concepts to investors. A lot of people have big ideas, but only a few make them happen. Ryan makes things happen. He enjoys working with people and solving complex problems. He can spend all day working with engineers and the next day working with sales. He can bring in concepts that work in other industries, and make it work for other businesses.
