Richie Parsons is multi-location franchisee with Venture X. He and his wife, Charissa, co-founded Flex Ventures, LLC in 2019 to develop and operate multiple Venture X franchise locations. They are the 2022 recipients of the Venture X President’s Award and members of the 2022 Venture X Circle of Excellence. Richie is also a member of Venture X’s first Franchise Advisory Council.

Before Venture X, Richie and Charissa owned and operated six Anytime Fitness franchise locations in three different states. Between Anytime Fitness and Venture X, they have been involved in franchising for nearly a decade. Richie and Charissa live just outside of Washington, DC in Leesburg, Virginia with their four kids and mini golden doodle.
