Kurt Patrick is a seasoned sales professional with 17+ years of experience. Over the last 7+ years at essensys, he has successfully acquired and grown over 100 landmark accounts, contributing to the expansion of the firm’s presence in The United States, Canada, and Australia. As the second US Sales Employee at essensys, Kurt created channel partnerships across complimentary service offerings, and helped expand the company’s presence.

Beyond his sales achievements, Kurt has built a reputation as an expert and thought leader in the Prop-Tech/Flex Office industry. Kurt is a founding member and Vice Chairman of Programing of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Flex Office & Experience Council. Kurt also serves as an Advisory Board member for the Global Workspace Association (GWA).

Kurt has received the essensys Overall Recognition Award in acknowledgment of his exceptional contributions to the firm.

Kurt is a semi-retired musician, husband, and father of two.
