Chiko Abengowe is the Founder and CEO of Perfect Office Solutions, Perfect Staffing Solutions,
and Perfect Property Solutions. He earned his degree in Healthcare Management & Business
from Towson University in 2008 and began his career as a healthcare recruiter and staffing
manager. His ability to solve problems and identify opportunities led him into entrepreneurship,
where he built businesses that support other entrepreneurs.
Chiko first founded Perfect Staffing Solutions with just $1,000 and his expertise in healthcare
management, to connect professionals with the right opportunities. During his entrepreneurial
journey, he saw firsthand the challenges business owners faced in securing affordable, flexible
office spaces—leading him to create Perfect Office Solutions, a real estate business focused on
providing entrepreneurs with affordable, professional and flexible office spaces. As his ventures
grew, he encountered difficulties managing his investment properties efficiently, which inspired
him to launch Perfect Property Solutions to manage and help other entrepreneurs and property
owners manage their investment property.
Today, Chiko continues to lead with strategy, vision, and an entrepreneurial mindset, ensuring
that each of his companies provides valuable solutions for growing businesses.
Beyond business, Chiko is known for his skills on the basketball court—especially his legendary
“Chiko Crossover,” a move allegedly impossible for anyone else to pull off (yet to be
trademarked).
