Michele Penaranda is responsible for the strategic growth and management of Preferred Office Network, Carr Companies’ brokerage arm and a curated network of over 700 affiliated flexible workspace locations that serve the needs of larger, enterprise clients. Michele started her career with the company at Carr Workplaces in 2012 and has since held multiple roles in operations and program management, along with having a strong focus in technology. Graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Michele has incorporated her love of problem solving into her day-to-day routine. She always aims to find new ways and different approaches for Preferred to innovate in the continually evolving coworking and flexible workspace industry. In 2019, she took on her current leadership role as VP of Strategy, in which she aims to bring in new opportunities and foster the expansion of the products and benefits that are housed by Preferred.
