Javier Garcia Iza is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering of TEC Campus Monterrey. Alongside his brother Adrian, he founded IOS OFFICES, a leading coworking space in México for 16 years. Inspired by his love and respect towards nature, his actions are focused on the preservation of our environ-
ment.

His passion is reflected in his resilience and discipline while practicing outdoor sports. His main focus is to innovate in organizational culture, and to this day he has become a mentor focused on topics that relate to productivity and happiness.
