Flip Howard, Principal and CEO of WorkSuites, is a 20-year veteran of the coworking industry and a leader in the rapidly growing market sector. Howard got into the business in 2001 when the industry was still called “executive suites” and “coworking” wasn’t even a word. He bought Meridian Business Centers in 2001 and rebranded it as WorkSuites in 2018 to reflect the direction the industry was heading and his company’s transformation from an executive suites brand to a full-service coworking operation. Under his leadership, the WorkSuites brand has grown to encompass 20 locations across Texas–16 in the Dallas–Fort Worth metro and 4 across the Houston metro–with many more to come.
