Cid Rhomberg is the Chief Experience Officer for Brick House Blue, a coworking and meeting space venue, and the President of Innovere, a boutique executive coaching and business consulting firm.   Brick House Blue opened in 2018 and consists of two locations in central Ohio.  She is excited to continue their expansion with two additional locations via managing service agreements opening in 2021/2022.

Cid determined entrepreneurship was an unchartered path for her after spending the majority of her career in large corporations.   Her path through the corporate world was spent at LBrands, Safelite Glass Corporation and Stanley/Black & Decker, all marketing and sales focused. Her final position allowed her to lead customer experience, brand, corporate marketing, ecommerce and business development for Cardinal Health.

Cid holds dual degrees in marketing and logistics from OSU, multiple coaching and assessment certifications and is a passionate supporter of women’s career development and advancement.
