Bill Bennett, Founder and Principal – (BS Engineering, Purdue University; MS Engineering, Northwestern University; MBA, Kellogg School of Management). Bill spent six years as an Engineer, Project Manager and a Direct Manager in a green energy company that went from a zero revenue start-up to a public company. Bill has been a principal real estate investor over the past ten years, worked for two real estate private equity funds, was a senior housing developer with over $400mm of projects, and is a Faculty member in the Kellogg School of Management’s Real Estate Program in eighth year of teaching MBA courses and a two time honoree of the Deans Impact Teaching Award. Mr. Bennett is the principal manager of entities that have distributed more than $100 Million to investors. Every real estate investment that Mr. Bennett has exited has been profitable for investors, and his entities have never defaulted on any loans at any time. Mr. Bennett was recognized in the September 2012 issue of Inc. Magazine for running the 407th fastest growing private company in the US. Bill enjoys skiing and travel.
