WHY I WOULD LIKE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS and/or MY VISION FOR OBCAI:

I am honored to accept the nomination for a seat on the OBCAI Board of Directors. With more than 20 years in the office business center industry, I have served in various roles at American Executive Centers, starting as a Leasing Agent moving on to VP of Leasing, and as of three years ago, assuming the role of President. It would be a privilege to utilize this experience by serving on the OBCAI Board to help further increase awareness and promote the office business center industry. 

My vision sees the OBCAI becoming more cohesive with joint marketing strategies through more local and regional marketing networks. This will help us increase awareness and promote the success for the office business center industry.   My goal is to help the members of the OBCAI by putting my leadership and marketing experience to task.  By creating a Mid-Atlantic Regional Marketing Network, with the help of my friends from New York to Washington, together with the other LMN’s our goal to educate the public and help make Office Business Centers more of a household word.  I believe we can achieve this by implementing ongoing marketing, public relations and social media campaigns that have proven to be very successful for our business.
