As the owner of Corporate Suites, over the last 12 years I have built 14 floors in 7 Manhattan office buildings and I have been involved in all aspects of our operations from lease negotiations, design and construction to daily operations with a staff of 40. I would like to offer my experience to help build the OBCAI as our Industry’s worldwide lead organization that is valued and coveted by its members for education, promotion, business development, relationship building and where membership is considered a must for all operators to maintain competitive relevance and significance in the industry.
