David Jakubowski Rockefeller Group Business Centers After graduating Marist College in 1988 with a degree in Business Management, I went to work for a small cruise line in Europe for a year and a half. Upon my return from Europe, I obtained a job working in the Waldorf Astoria Towers. From there, I spent 12 years working for various hotel chains in New York City. In 2000, I was introduced to the business center industry and was hired by Rockefeller Group Business Centers as the general manager for their midtown location. For 10 years, I have been general manager for RGBC at two of our locations. I have been responsible for sales, marketing, and overall management of the center. I have been very active in my LMN and am now President of OBCANY. I spent the past year assisting the South Florida market establish their LMN, which won the OBCAI 2010 LMN of the Year Award at this past conference. During conference, I also received the 2010 OBCAI Volunteer of the Year Award for my efforts with the LMN’s.
