Conference Registration Fees
The registration fees for the two day conference includes an information-packed two-day educational conference with educational material, two cocktail receptions, dinner gala event with entertainment, two continental breakfasts, two luncheons and beverage breaks.  Registration fees will not be refunded.  The Earlybird deadline will be strictly adhered toRegistration badges will be checked upon admission to all events.  Substitution of another person from the same company is available up to three days prior to the Conference.
