REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee of $1,479 ($879-$679 for OBCAI members) includes an information-packed two-day educational conference with educational material, two cocktail receptions, a dinner gala event with entertainment, two continental breakfasts, two luncheons and beverage breaks. Register now!
Registration fees will not be refunded. The early bird deadline will be strictly adhered to. Registration badges will be checked upon admission to all events. Substitution of another person from the same company is available up to three days prior to the Conference.
HOTEL & RESERVATIONS
A special hotel rate of $159 single/double has been secured at The Biltmore Hotel for attendees who register by August 30th (not to be confused with the early bird registration fee deadline of June 30th). To reserve your hotel room and receive these rates and/or discounted airfare, please contact Express Travel at 800-544-1222 or +1 305-341-1200 and speak to one of their assigned agents. The Biltmore will honor these rates three (3) days prior and three (3) days following our conference dates, based on availability. To guarantee availability and rates, reservations must be made prior to August 30th.
